SHIPPING INFORMATION
Quarantine
Once your order is placed, we will Isolate your fish for 24-48 hrs. We will then pack your order for FedEx Next Day Air. The cost of the shipping is $89.99.
You will receive an email when your fish have been shipped.
All orders will be shipped out on the next Tuesday or Wednesday. We do not ship on Holidays.

Packages that miss their first delivery attempt must be obtained on a second same-day delivery attempt or collected from the shipping facility on the original delivery date. Missed packages that are obtained the day after the original delivery date will not be covered under the live arrival guarantee. By following the steps above we can refund or give store credit for the price of the fish.
Live Arrival Guarantee
We guarantee that your fish arrive alive. If from some reason you receive your shipment and one of your fish arrives dead, please send a picture of the fish still in the bag to Dencodiscus@gmail.com. Then please call our store number. This must be done with in two hours of delivery.
However, we will not refund the cost of the shipping.
